Resident Evil: The Bleak Outpost

Expensive,as a birthday present I can't complain bought for niece (she's 19) she absolutely loved it but now wants me to paint all the figures (aggggghhhhh??!??) 😊🤣✌️👍

This expansion for 2023's "Resident Evil: The Board Game" adds some new scenarios, tweaks some other things in the core game and also adds some extra inventory items, tension cards and most notably two new boss characters with impressive miniatures: the giant shark Neptune and a gigantic mutant plant named Plant-42 (the latter consisting of a model that comes in two parts but does not require gluing). There are also (amongst other things) accompanying boss behaviour cards for both of these big bosses — and they really are big, with their bases covering more than one floor square! Luckily the included rulebook shows exactly how these bigger-based bosses move. Looking at the core game you may have noticed that the reverse side of the little token that you use on players' health trackers has a flask on one side and a heart on the other. You will find out what the flask side is used for in this expansion if you have never used the other expansions for this game ("Into the Darkness" and "Director's Cut"). There are some additional floor tiles (some that are unique to this expansion) and other tokens included with this expansion and there is never any doubt from the newer scenarios' descriptions as to when and where they are used. Whilst being able to expand the campaign with this is enjoyable, it is perhaps a little bit too expensive for what you get. However, if you want it to be a more complete experience then I highly doubt you would particularly regret getting it if you already have the core game.

Sent a second hand item with pieces missing and a pack of cards that had nothing to do with it.

The models are great and it really adds that extra flair to the game just gotta get the last expansion to have the whole game
