Another great product from Thule!
Iโm 6โ4โ around 250 and this bag fits me well, looks great and is extremely comfortable when traveling. This is my everyday bag for work. Even though it looks medium sized, it has a ton of space. I am able to fit my work laptop, a MacBook Air, mechanical keyboard, and a MX Master mouse while having things in the pockets like pens, sticky notes, a power bank and EpiPen. Thule makes strong and durable products and this is no exception. I would highly recommend this bag to anyone.

Check your pc size
My 14 inch laptop fits well but should not buy if your laptop top is bigger than 14 inch. Very cool. Recommended.

Well designed
This is very well made. The only design flaw is the tiny handle on one side that creates a lopsided balance when you use it by itself. This fits my MAC Airbook, a notebook folders and papers. There are several compartments. No regrets with this purchase

High quality cross-body laptop bag from Thule!
We live in a world of backpacks. I have no idea why everyone in the urban jungle feels the need to carry around a week's worth of clothing, food, water, tech and who knows what else to work! I can't stand wearing a backpack unless I'm hiking and only because form follows function. I've been researching shoulder bags for over a month now and my Instagram, Facebook, and Amazon feeds are crammed with ads for backpacks. 30+ amazing manufacturers and almost nothing for a professional shoulder bag. Let's start a conversation about "must haves" for professional bags. 1. Free-standing 2. Top-Carry handle 3. Messenger bag style shoulder bag 4. Laptop sleeve (14"-15" preferred) 5. Pass-through sleeve on the back to slip onto your rolling suitcase 6. Padded shoulder strap. If you insist on backpack straps, then make them a tuck-away option. 7. Well-thought and designed secured pockets for chargers, cords, passport, and stuff. There is a lot to love about this bag and a few things that need improvement. The roll top is a unique and clever design. It reminds me of a dry bag that we use when kayaking to keep things from getting wet. It has some sort of stiffener to make rolling it up easy. Once the top is rolled, there is a nice metal hook to secure it and the hook has an adjustable strap to loosen/tighten it up. And of course, since it's from Thule, you know the quality of the materials, the stitching, and the features are all best in class. There is no denying the quality which is readily apparent from the moment you pick it up. The zippers operate smoothly and every feature is well thought out. I uploaded a video with my first impressions, but now that I've been using it as a daily commuter bag for over a month, I have some more insights to share. I tested out the laptop sleeve with a 14-inch MacBook Pro and a 15-inch MacBook Pro and a Dell laptop and it worked well with all of them. It's designed for up to a 14" laptop and that works best, but it will work with larger sizes. The laptop sleeve is padded and snug but easy to store and lift out a laptop. There is also a zippered access on the back so you can easily pull out your laptop (airport security, for example) without needing to open the bag. The bag is a cross-body messenger style and the strap is sewn onto the bag so that it is super easy to slide around behind your back and it stays in place. One of my biggest disappointments is that the bag simply won't stand on its own. It seems to be primarily aimed at bike commuters who need the bag behind them. If you wear it over your shoulder at your hip, then the bag is angled towards your hip which is great as well. But when you set the bag down, it falls over. I honestly wish they would consider an anchor point for the shoulder strap that allows it to swivel. That would make it more versatile for a wider application of users. I work in healthcare and commute with this bag and my work laptop daily. There are a number of well-thought compartments and pockets, but once you put a laptop in the bag, it simply won't expand much wider because it's so tight. They really need to add some expansion on the sides. That was the biggest disappointment for me. I can carry my laptop to work, along with a 1-inch binder and documents. However, I can't get much more in the bag than that because it's simply too tight. I can't put my lunch in there, and definitely nothing like a pair of over-the-ear headphones. If I take the laptop out of the bag, then it has a lot more flexibility for a variety of uses. This is a quality bag from Thule and it has all the quality you'd expect from such a well-known and respected manufacturer. I use it every day and love it. The size is perfect, it's not a clunky backpack and it holds most of what I need on my daily commute. This is an easy recommendation and makes a great gift. Like you, I always read the reviews before buying anything and appreciate honest, thoughtful reviews that assist me in making an informed decision. I hope you find this review (and video) helpful!

not up to the quality I expect from Thule
I've had a couple of Thule Covert camera messenger bags, and they're probably my favorite bags of all time (which makes me really sad that they stopped making them โ Thule, if you're reading this, please bring these bags back). So when I saw this general-use messenger bag appear on my Vine list, I had to grab it. I have to say, I'm kind of disappointed in it. First, I'm not really on board with the roll top. I just don't get what they're going for with this. I'll admit that I had my doubts even just looking a the listing, but I thought that maybe it would grow on me once I actually saw it in real life. Nope. It just kind of pulls the top of the bag flat, and I'm imagining that it would be awkward if the bag were fuller. It doesn't really make the contents of the bag seem any more accessible, but it does potentially leave them closer to the elements. Then there's the strap. I've got multiple issues with the strap... First of all, it's weirdly hard to adjust. When I use a messenger bag, I want to be able to pull it up tight when it's on my back, and then loosen it when I bring it around my front to access it. For some unclear reason, though, they've put a smaller strap across the buckle that blocks you from pulling too much of the body strap through at once. I am assuming that maybe the strap was pulling loose *too* easily without that and the small strap was added to address that. But it just makes the body strap hard to adjust. Secondly, it has no padding whatsoever. On a bag at this price point, I expect to see some padding on the strap. There's none here, making the bag feel a lot cheaper than it is. It probably won't be that pleasant to carry when it's full. I also wish the bag were just a tiny bit bigger. As it is, I can fit my 16-inch MacBook Pro into it and it actually (barely) fits from side-to-side. It sort of fits up and down too, to the extent that I can partially close the roll top (enough to consider it closed, anyway), but it is up into the roll top's space. I definitely couldn't put it in or remove it through the back zipper. I'm not going to rate it down on its size because hey, maybe you're looking for a smaller bag, but it's just a little smaller than I'd prefer. All of that being said, it does in typical Thule fashion seem very well-made. I have no doubt it'll hold up to a lot of use. I like the small front pocket, and the mesh pocket inside is good too. The small back pocket just confuses me though because it seems like it should be a lot larger than it is. Instead, there's just a really thick part around it that appears to just be wasted space. So, yeah. I don't hate this bag, even if I do sound pretty down on it, but I don't love it either. I'll keep it around and I'm sure I'll get some use out of it, but it'll never become my primary bag. Maybe it'll fit your needs more than it does mine.
