Β First of all the company customer service was great. I had a problem at first and they replaced the unit. I chose the unit based on load capability so it’s slow but I’m ok with that. I have not loaded to capacity yet but I think it will be fine for my needs. I did read one customer broke the unit because the load over came the unit. I added a safety cable to take the load when unit was extended. It worked great but it only lasted 2 residential snow seasons due to water intrusion destroying the unit. It stays inside during winter and sits outside in the summer. I only gave it 3 stars due to this as it is advertised to operate in marine environments.
