Can't wait for my nephew to open this Christmas morning, we found a matching nerf-like sword at a retail store! Feels well made, and should be durable for a 5 year olds non-stop energy! Just the right size too.

Quality! Rugged! Better than NERF
It's hard to find NERF-quality foam battle toys with real ruggedness, but this shield really delivers. My 15,13,10 and 5 year old boys can wail on these babies all day and they're unphased. Well made, yet not too heavy. Size works well for my 5 yr old up to my 15 year old. Love it!
