A simple device really - an extender cable for a rear view camera. The camera we had was a 5 pin variety and the cable provided was not long enough to reach. This extender worked perfectly. The cable is of high quality, the connectors a perfect fit nice and tight. The image quality is exactly the same as without the extender. So all in all a perfect 5 stars is warranted.

Bought a review backup camera for my base model.truck from menards. Kit was for a regular cab 6.5 bed. I have a mega crew 8 ft. Bout this extension and worked perfectly. Good buy.

I bought this extension cable to connect the rear camera to the front one - the one supplied with the camera was not long enough. The price was fair and the cable arrived promptly. However when I plugged it in and turned on the camera, the picture was unsteady and broke up. This happened even when I connected the cable directly between the two cameras. The one supplied with the cameras did not have this issue. Its diameter was significantly larger than the extension cable. I'm returning the extension cable for a refund.

This Fits 5 pin backup camera perfect cord,no gaps. Locks right into place , works perfectly. Reccomend heat shrink wire wrap to water proof and secure connectors when installing underneath any vehicle. This helped me reach to license plate on a Ram 2500 HD truck.

I needed extra 2 feet of this cable because the cable that came with the camara was short. This cable is doing the job. It is good enough for me.

I had bought a much longer cable from the same company that wouldn't work because it was so long. They refunded my purchase without even having to return the item! 5 stars for the 6.5' cable and 5 stars for great customer service. (the longer cable tested as good- some b/u cameras don't like the extra resistance I guess- do your measuring first and buy the shortest cable you can) P.S.- not sure how much it will help, but I used some heat shrink at the conn. to keep dampness out
