Good Multivitamin, but Iron May Be Too High for Some..
Good multivitamin overall, but iron content (19 mg) feels a bit high for active males or those with a balanced diet. It would be great if the company also offered an iron-free version for gym-goers or men who don’t need extra iron daily.Magnesium is a bit low, and Vitamin D3 would be better than D2. Also, herbal ingredients are too low to have real impact.

Been using this multivitamin for a while now and honestly it’s one of the better formulations I’ve tried. This is already my third bottle.What I liked most:- Clean formula compared to many overloaded brands- Covers near daily RDA for most essential vitamins & minerals- Surprisingly light on the gut, no nausea or heaviness after taking it- Includes some nice additions like probiotics, ginseng, green tea extract & grape seed extractOne thing to understand: this is not a “feel it in one day” type supplement. The benefits were gradual for me — better overall energy and wellness became noticeable after around 1–2 weeks of consistent use.Overall feels balanced, practical and easy to continue long term.

Poor results. Found regular Supradyn Daily to show better results than this expensive tablets. Maybe better for gym goers but not for regular people.
