Even though I drink the tea a couple of hours before I go to sleep, it seems to ensure a really good night’s deep sleep. I also suggest buying a black silk sleep mask from Amazon as that has radically improved my sleep. Incidentally, I hate the taste of chamomile tea. This tea has other ingredients that make it far more palatable than just plain chamomile. It’s a magical formula and, for a few dollars, I highly recommend you give it a try.

This is a good product. Don't feel any artificial flavors are added. I was not happy of the package which was damaged at delivery.

Love tazo calm tea.....but....Would be nice if an order arrived intact sometimes. Cd case cracked and tea looked like someone stepped on it first
