Excellent bed. FULL VALUE FOR MONEY AND COMFORT. Very firm. Looks great, exactly as shown in the pictures. tHE COLOUR ALSO EXACTLY AS SHOWN IN PCITURES; IT MATCHES OUR OTHER FURNITURE. WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT AND ITS VARIOUS SIZES. As the company's CEO own message that the company stands for quality!This is quite unlike a lot of Sheesham wood products from Rajasthan which are below par, have a different colour (probably still on the "chalta hain" attitude to just ship any available stock, irrespective of the right order, as returns are not easy to do). We have tried and failed to return a lot of them as know the pain. Hence they play games.Sona called up to say that they received the order and provided likely deliver date, to check if were at home to receive the bulky package. They also called up a day in advance (not delivery guy but their Customer Support to say that the bed had arrived (in station) in advance of the date. And also called to check out the feedback on the bed. This again is unlike other vendors, who hide behind Amazon Replace/Return Policies to stop customers for returns or missing parts, as I often find with manufacturers.

I loved the bed. It's absolutely comfortable and much easier to handle. Spacious and sturdy. The team did a good job to assemble it well.

Worst experience. Broken headboard received. After waiting for 10-12 days of getting it replaced, they replaced a small part of the headboard instead of entire headboard. The plywood used is very thin and weak.

We recieved the bed before time. That was great!But delivery guys wanted 1000 rs to asemble the bed. Which we refused.Then they took tips and left.Coming to the bed when we arranged our own assembly some of the nuts and bolts were missing. Had to purchase those.Quality wise its okaish.The bed boards are of particle board.The frame appears to to be solid wood but not too sturdy as when the assembly was happening when he tightened the bed the wood appeared to be bending.You get what you pay for. So budget bed. Maybe it's better than engineered wood. The description and other reviews as expected too good to be true.
