Spread a spoonful with a multi grain roti or with fruit it was fantastic. Being diabetic it didn't spike my sugar when eaten correctly

Okay, so as a jam, this is primarily intended as a spread,right? But you tell me, do you find the crunch of an errant cinnamon piece or an apple seed, or even worse, the plastic-like seed cover coming into your mouth an appealing prospect? While spreading one has to constantly pick out these things, which is frustrating because the jam is otherwise quite delicious. Just sweet enough to not be overly sweet, and not bland either.

Previously I ordered their other jams with no issues, the jam's tasted good which is why I'm giving it 2 stars.This time however, I decided to orthe their apple jam and got a product that at least in my home country would be considered as health hazard and illegal to sell. First jar came with 1/4 missing and cap unsealed, the second jar wasn't even closed all the way, the cap cap was partially opened, the seal was torn, 1/3 of the product missing and some of it spilled inside the bubble wrap.The item is non returnable, you can only get a refund so now I'm stuck with two jars of who knows wha, and what kind of contaminants are inside. I don't know if you realise this, but selling used food products is considered a health hazard, and I'm pretty sure laws against this exist in India as well.And btw the jars never come properly sealed even when the product is good. There's only a single flimzy nylon seal around the cap, no strong celotape wrapped around the jar like other sellers do, so anyone can just open the lid and grab a bite for themselves. The only way you can make sure that no one opened the jar is by checking whether it's full and the jam's smooth surface is untouched, which is how I previously got my other jams including the apple jam in the smaller jars
