PROS: INGREDIENTS - it has a lot of ingredients I want and doesn't have the chemicals I don't want. So definitely five stars there. TASTE - OK I KNOW we all would like something that tastes like dessert and I don't know of any protein bar who can trick me into believing it's actual cookie dough, but I like the taste and one of these bars and a glass of almond coconut milk and my sweet tooth is satisfied and I feel noble for eating one of these bars instead of ice cream or cake, smile emoji. NUTRITION - Really good for one bar. I am always low in potassium and few bars have very much at all, but I like the fact it has a good amount of iron, protein and a LOW amount of salt and no cholesterol. TEXTURE - I didn't find it dry, but then I did have almond coconut milk with it. For me, dryness NOT a problem. COST - I did get these while they were on sale, but even at regular price, I would get again. If you haven't noticed, everything is going up. Where I would spend 1.50 for a decent protein bar, hard to find that these days. I am glad I got to TRY these while on sale, because you never know. BOTTOMLINE: I don't know about the other flavors, as cookie dough is the only one I've had so far, but would definitely reorder.

I eat one for breakfast almost everyday before I work out. Tastes decadent but is actually healthy. Good amount of protein without that chalky protein taste. Fills me up just enough to give me the energy I need for a solid workout without the bloat. Cookie dough is my favorite. Macchiato is my son’s favorite. Best protein bar on the market!

I have celiac disease and these were by far the best tasting bars I’ve found.

The taste is terrible. It looks like they were either stored improperly and exposed to heat. I purchased these from a Starbucks several times and they were fresh. I will not purchase online again. What a waste of money.

Truwoman, I love it all!!! Truthfully, I can say I love all the bars. They have a smushy mushy texture, ed much I prefer for digestion. I usually carry protein bars with me and this brand is on my top three favorites. They are easy to carry in a baggy and carry in my purse or gig bag for a quick boost of energy. I even loved the trial run of the soft baked “mini-cookies“ they released for a trial run summer 2019. Though no flavor stands out as a dislike, there are a few when paired, I might not be able to say exactly which bar is distinguishable, such as they key lime and lemon zest -OR- the almond fudge and peanut butter chocolate. They seem to be doing the best for testing and prioritizing flavor options. They ran a test batch of mini-cookies Summer 2019, which I’m hope they will experiment with again, though both the products I tried were amazing and the “BEST” protein cookie product I’ve tried, too. They would be the ideal company to become a version gluten-free vegan version of the flex system of shakes. Keeping the protein base similar as possible, modifying as needed for the purposes of a shake, they could release a FLAVORING SYSTEM with all the new & unique flavors they offer in the bars and cover territory no one has gone into before (using monk fruit or stevia. For those on a special diet or who are managing GI diseases, this company has been a great, refreshing blessing for me! I really appreciate they aim to have a branding of flavor options so far off the mark! Most emerging companies seem to play it stay not to stray too far beyond the basic 4: chocolate fudge, peanut butter, caramel and chocolate chip. When alternating between bars and protein powders / ready to drink products, the variety overall feels too limited as well: chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and maybe a stretch with mocha or peanut butter. I wouldn’t be surprised if this company ventured either territory with any of the below: FRUITY INSPIRED: -Ginger Peach, -Pineapple, -Mango, -Toasted Coconut, -Banana Walnut, -Melon, -Grape, -peach Creme, -Spiced Pear, -Prickly Pear, Dragon fruit, -Açaí, -Blueberry, & -Peaches’n’Creme, -Figgy Sunbutter DESSERT: -Boston Cream, tiramisu, -Dark Chocolate Sea Salt, -Carmel Apple, -Chocolate Donut, White Chocolate Mocha, -cookies’n’Creme, -Island Rumcake, -Snickerdoodle, -Pecan Pie, -S’mores, -Cheesecake, & - Birthday Cake... MIXTO: -Margarita, -Strawberry Daquiri, Pina Colada, Irish Creme, -Mojito, -Bourbon Chocolate, & -Amaretto... FLORAL -Rose, -Jasmine, -Lavender, -HoneySuckle (If you all pick up any such flavors, I’ll be a sampler taste tester! lol

Great for kids if they can’t take time for breakfast and great snack.

Loveee these! Soo yummy and dont hurt my stomach. Big fan! I’ve tried TONS of protein bars (vegan and not) and these are some of the best tasting out of all of them! They are a great on the go snack and def satisfy the hunger, highly recommend especially if you have a sensitive stomach!

These are delicious but super expensive!! The bar is so small too, so I won’t be buying them very often! I will if they go on sale. Otherwise they are a complete rip Off!! That’s why 4 stars ! Make the bar bigger and stop ripping your customers off!
