Firstly, like other reviewers, I didn't tie it to the mattress frame. Instead, I tossed it over. I think I would want to tie it if my mattress frame were taller, but it's not and it would touch the floor even more than what it is now (which isn't overly so, but it's worth noting). With that being said, I knew this in advance but still opted for this one because of the reviews. I didn't realize when I first bought a mattress canopy frame how difficult it would be to find a canopy curtain for it. I wanted a curtain that would essentially blackout the light for better sleep but the ones made for this specifically don't necessarily look/feel the greatest. To my surprise, you can't really see in but you can definitely see out. I had to use Google Gemini to understand this because it really through me off, but it is fascinating. On the night side, you can barely tell at all. I can have the curtains open, but keep the mesh closed, and still feel very comfortable/cozy. I did go with the black one as well. It is very dark black, and really offset the room, depending on how you have everything set up. I had to reorganize my bedroom so it meshed better with the room. It is gorgeous and the quality is 100% there. There are a lot of wrinkles, which is to be expected. I would recommend investing in a quality steamer, but it doesn't bother me, and I'm okay it for now. I'll probably end up getting a steamer later on though. I think I remember reading some reviews that they complained about a lack of "instructions." It's genuinely not that serious or difficult to figure out. They also have the sides labeled with tags that say "width" and "length." You don't need instructions for this. Just think about it for a moment. Oh, also, it is extremely well-packaged. I was very impressed by that as well. Overall, great product, heavily recommend. I hope they come out with more colors. I would love to see a white version, burnt orange, etc. and hope they remove the feminine lining on the edges of the curtains and make it more gender neutral. Again, extremely difficult to find a quality canopy curtain, so, still worth every cent.

I love this canopy. It's perfect for my gothic / witchy aesthetic. I wasn't sure I should get it because I'm a grown woman and have a small bedroom. You know what? I freaking love it. It's so pretty and makes my room look so nice. It gives a nice cozy vibe when I go to bed and blocks a lot of light so I sleep so much better. It's not completely opaque, but it's enough to block out computer lights, ambient lights, etc. The outer layer is nice and the ruffle adds a pretty touch. The inner mesh is good if you want some airflow but no bug access. I followed the suggestions of other buyers and put the canopy on OVER the frame. It is a lot of fabric. Anyone that complains about that maybe didn't consider what they were buying. Were they expecting panels? They should have read through the description to see if that's what it had. It is one giant piece of fabric. My friend helped it spread it over the top of the frame. It took a bit of work, but once you find a corner, you can go around and then fix it once you know which way it's oriented. It doesn't quite align when you put it over the frame, but that worked in my favor because I don't want the material to pool on the floor where my dogs and kids can trample it. With two people, it was a snap to get in place. 100% honesty, this thing stank to high heaven and made me cough as I put it up. I opened my window, kicked the cooler on high and let it blow out for the rest of the day. It was still pretty offensive, but my windows are open 24/7 this time of year and it dissipated within a few days. It's fine now, I only notice a faint smell if I stick my face in it. I would not recommend putting it up in the winter if you don't have a way to air out your room. It might be unbearable. Overall, I love it and would buy it again. I feel like the price is reasonable for what I got and the joy it's brought me.

Really drapey in the middle, wrinkled terrible, but they are pretty. The black tulle is sewn in odd. Diffult to install. Make sure you have a tall bed.

Awesome canopy curtains. Not fully light blocking but that's OK I have light blocking window curtains & another darker sheer of curtains under those so it's bound to be pitch black with the canopy fully down. It was surprisingly quick & easy enough to set up, honestly these were MUCH easier to hang than just the mesh style ones I had before. The width section is labeled for reference. It was easy for me to tell the longer part to the shorter part, but I have a QUEEN size bed so there's more disparity between the width and length. INSTALLATION - I opened the canopy up in the center of my bed & just unfolded & pulled it out slowly until the corners of the canopy matched the bed frame corners. Once I found the corresponding corners I got a sturdy chair, stood up on it at the corner of the head of my bed & lifted the curtains up into the first corner so I could drape the curtains OVER the canopy frame. I worked my way around my bed frame using this same process until I had it completely on top of the frame. After that it's just little straightening & adjusting to get the corners to fully line up & whatever you want to do with the straps they've attached for hanging. No need for the ties in my opinion, it is already on the floor even being on top of the bed frame & hanging them would've be a tripping hazard, also they're heavy & might eventually cause pulling/tearing. The curtains themselves seem sturdy, I JUST hung them up & was so happy I wrote this review.

I got the one for a king bed. Picture of listing is misleading. It’s small. My husband likes it and doesn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it. The ties don’t hang loosely as it was too small to go over the bed. Definitely couldn’t stretch to be tied to the corner posts.

Very cheaply made, it doesn’t cover any of the natural lighting at all and it’s very very thin. I think it’s not worth the price at all and it was a little difficult to assemble. Literally broke one of the straps with a small little tug. You would be better off buying some curtains and diy it yourself.

I absolutely love this canopy curtain. It completely transformed our bedroom and instantly created a romantic, cozy vibe. When my husband came home, he literally said he couldn’t wait to go to bed and told me I make coming home fun 🖤 He had no idea I even ordered it, so that reaction alone made it worth it. The fabric is soft and flowy, and it drapes beautifully without feeling heavy. Once it’s up, it looks way more expensive than it is and gives the room such an intimate, luxurious feel. The only downside is that it didn’t come with instructions, but honestly, I just dove in and figured it out pretty quickly. Once you start, it’s pretty straightforward. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it if you’re looking to add a romantic touch to your bedroom.

Super nice. The material is thicker than I thought, which is good because it actually blocks the sunlight out. It’s very simple to put up, and even with the movement in bed, it doesn’t budge. It fits well over the top of my queen canopy bed. You might have to steam it when you first put it up, but other than that, it’s great. Sturdy and comfortable!

So cute it’s quite heavy though but good quality perfect sizing and it is expensive but so worth it the hooks are a bit confusing but you get the hang of it.

Die Größe passte perfekt auf das Gestell was ich auch hier bei Amazon gefunden habe :) die Atmosphäre des Raumes hat sich gänzlich geändert :) bisher 1 mal gewaschen und getrocknet in der Waschmaschine - keine Löcher, Verfärbungen oder sonstige Makel danach entstanden Top ! Gerne wieder . Ich würde mir noch mehr Farben zur Auswahl wünschen um noch eines dazu zu kaufen :)

Well worth the money spent. It's really simple to put up, has excellent quality, and is quite helpful in blocking out light while you're attempting to sleep during the day.

Sadly there are few to none options for European bed sizes. We ordered this one, knowing that it is too large, and had to adjust it, because otherwise the top hangs through too far. (bed is 180x200). Still, we haven't seen better options for our bed. Some other sizes would help :) Other small minuses are that the top loops are spaced irregularly and that it arrived very crinkled and requires a good amount of ironing. Still, it looks nice and we're happy we have it.
