Great Generator, was able to power my 5-ton AC with a soft starter installed no problem, along with 2 refrigerators, and tv when hooked up to my panel through the 50amp plug. Power was very stable, no issues with any LED bulbs flickering or other electronics not functioning. It fired right up on the first go, its loud but I think that's par for the course with traditional generators of this size. I look forward to getting my natural gas plumped for this to be prepared for hurricane season. It comes with a remote starter which is a plus. One thing that wasn't super obvious from any instructions is that if you are running this to back feed a main service panel, you need to unbond the neutral from the ground on the Generator. This involves taking off the cover of the alternator and removing a small green and yellow wire that bonds the neutral to the chassis. This was hinted at in the owner's manual but asked the reader to refer to local regulations, but unbonding the generator seems to be a pretty widely accepted convention in the US. This may or may not be applicable if you're using a transfer switch between the generator and panel. In all, great generator for the money, performs as advertised.

This generator is a beast!!! It runs on propane, natural gas, and gasoline. Gasoline gives it the peak wattage, and it is very capable!!! I actually run a millermatic multi process welding machine on it, and it doesn’t skip a beat!!! It has a handle that can be extended so you can pull it with ease, and the handle can be folded back down to simplify storage. It’s very easy to use, and can be picked up with two people! I have had it for quite some time now, and it has not let me down by any means! During the freeze this winter, we lost power in my double wide trailer, and this generator ran the whole house! It has a 9.5 gallon tank too, so you get a pretty long run time out of one tank of gas!!! I take this generator on every job I go to, and it handles everything I throw at it!!!! This is one strong and durable machine, and I’m glad I did my research on it!!!!

Great generator easy to assemble. I like the remote start and tri fuels feature plus it’s quieter than my other generator.

I was impressed, now note this review is only for initial testing and startup, I have not ran for days or long term, just a few hours to test full functionality. So I have LP to the house, I tee'd off of that and added a quick connect and a 40 foot LP hose. With that, I was able to run the full house with 1 oven and the 3.5 ton a/c ( I heard the generator stutter when the AC compressor surged, but it had enough inertia to fire it up, and from there it was golden) it only died with all lights on in the house, AC running and when I tried to fire up the 2nd oven lol. I wanted to push it. But that said, for LP? This thing is awesome. Haven't tried Gasoline, but if it runs this well on LP, no need for me to even worry about gas. I don't have NG to try out, but its there if I ever convert. Thumbs up thus far, great price and quality. The FOB and electric start are nice, just need to remember to keep up with trickle charging the battery every now and then.

It was an easy setup. It started automatically and ran for a half an hour. It's a good looking machine and seems very well built. Somewhat noisy but is expected in a machine of this size. I like it so far. I won't have a good test until the next power failure. I am disappointed in the CO feature on this machine. It's to be run outside and CO is not needed and just another item that can cause problems in the future. I didn't realize what it was when ordering and should have looked for a model without CO. I thought the CO was just a monitoring device and didn't realize it was also a control device. My fault. I noticed, on a still day with no wind movement, that a cloud of exhaust gas started accumulating around the machine. This could be a potential problem with the CO feature causing the machine to shut down unnecessarily.

One of The Best Generator On the Market. I love the Tri-Fuel feature. Makes so much easy to work with. Easy to carry. I like remote start. For the price performance and features are awesome.

I’ve been extremely happy with this generator. It was very easy to set up and operate right out of the box. One of the biggest advantages is the tri-fuel capability. I connected mine directly to my home’s natural gas line, but I also tested it on gasoline and it started right up without any issues. Having the flexibility to run on natural gas, propane, or gasoline makes it incredibly convenient and reassuring during outages. The generator produces plenty of power. I was able to run my entire house without problems, including major appliances. It starts quickly, runs smoothly, and feels very well built.

Moved to Houston and told my wife that I felt like we needed a generator. After doing tons of research I finally landed on this generator and it has been an absolute godsend. I personally have been affected by the last two major power outages for hurricane barrel and for the tornado that hit the northwestern Houston area. Both times has left us without power for days. The second time around I was ready with this guy and it was a night and day difference on my quality of life and my overall feeling of confidence that I had going into the situation. This generator was easy to use and even my wife could start it. My previous generator did not have a remote start like this one did and my wife was unable to use the pull start in order to get it started so if I was gone she would be on her own this gave me the Peace of mind that I needed desperately in a time of disaster. This generator is beautifully made and absolutely sturdy. I am able to run my entire house off of this one generator without AC or I can run my AC without the rest of the house being powered with a 5 ton AC unit. 100% one of the best purchases I've ever made. If you're on the fence get it. One of the best things about this generator is that it has the highest output of any natural gas portable generator there is with the exception of one that cost $1,000 more and only puts out 500 extra Watts which is not worth it. It is a pound-for-pound champion. Thank you Westinghouse! As far as noise levels go this thing is much quieter on natural gas than it is on full gas. My recommendation is that if you wanted to be ready you could have four propane tanks a natural gas connection and a full tank of gas and you should be able to take care of everything with smooth operations.
