This works so good! It totally helps me fall asleep. But it does not keep you asleep at night if that is your problem. I would only use it to help you fall asleep at first. It tastes really good a very nice grape flavor not one of those gross ones.

Good product, melts in your mouth, so not another pill to swallow, and has a nice, calming effect for sleep. I do not experience any issues the next morning either.

I have been using this product for 2 years now, and I can safely say that it is more powerful than Unisom. This is true for both making me sleepy and keeping me asleep for over 7 hours.
