Capsules were easy to take and felt like memory improved would buy again

I had this on auto-order until they raised the price 30% over night. Works great, but that's a crazy increase. I'm going to try a different brand to see how it compares.

These are wonderful Lions Mane! I have had many of these, and they are a great value for its money!!.

Where to begin? TikTok! I was on TikTok one day and an ad popped up with a girl who looked like me, looked to be 'round the same age n' all. Maybe a couple of years younger. Anywho, she was talking about how she had low energy and suffers from CRS (can't remember s***). She swore Lion's Mane helped her. I've never fallen prey to TikTok ads but I couldn't help but wonder if Lion's Mane would help me, too! I compared prices and reviews. Decided this is the Lion's Mane I'd get. About a week after I started taking this Lion's Mane, a tooth that I'd had a root canal on over a year prior really started acting up. Before the Lion's Mane, whenever liquid hit it, air hit it...it felt like Mike Tyson hit it. (Yes, I'd visited my dentist about it. My new dentist! I stopped going to that other guy who'd caused me all that pain. Maybe he didn't know what he was doing. Root Canal pain shouldn't still be hurtin' over a year later. Anywho, my new/current dentist's two options were to do another root canal or remove the tooth). A couple of days into taking the Lion's Mane, the tooth would hurt...because it had nothing better to do. It would hurt all the time. A sharp pain. The only new thing I'd incorporated into my life was this Lion's Mane. Once I made that connection, I stopped taking it. A few days after I'd stopped taking it, I was drinking water, then thought to myself that I'd better be careful of water hitting that tooth. But, the water DID hit that tooth. And I felt nothing. I took another sip and intentionally let water get back to that tooth. No pain at all! Nothing! Woo hooo! I slowly started taking the Lion's Mane again, every couple of days. I do feel great. I do have a lil more energy than I did before. I still suffer from CRS most of the time, tho. But, dangit, my tooth feels great! No more pain. When I see my dentist next month, I gotta ask him if he's heard of anything like this happening before. A vitamin curing chronic tooth pain! Do I recommend this product? You bet your ***, I do!

This worked for me for the first 2-3 weeks. I had great focus and level energy. But after the 3rd week the effects mostly wore off. I continued to take them to see if I could notice any long term differences in my mood and focus. But after taking them for 2 months I started getting stomach pain and some heart palpitations. At first I didn’t realize it was due to the capsules. I also take iron supplements which can cause upset stomach. Eventually the stomach issues became very intense and lasted many hours. It was intense nausea and burping. After a few weeks of experiencing these symptoms I finally realized that about 30 minutes after I took the capsules that my stomach issues would start. I eliminated this product from my routine my stomach issues are almost non existent. I would use caution when trying this.

Improved focus and energy. Helps with caffeine crashes.

Ive been taking these for about a month now and can really tell a difference in focus and clarity. I highly recommend these to anyone experiencing brain fog, lack of focus. ADHD
