Are there three sockets for the bulbs

Yes. I just moved the bulbs one at a time from the old taillight to the new one. Works great

does it come with bulb board ?

It comes complete. Just plug in and install in your truck.

Anybody got the dark red ones? How dark are they?

Mine are fairly dark I guess. Quality is very good compared to other after market tail licences. Be careful plugging them in. The pins on the wire loom plug tend to not line up correctly sometimes ,you will know when to test the lights. A little dielectric grease helps.
