The Hyperice X may need to be plugged in before first use. It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge the battery when the device is plugged in and not in use. The battery will provide power for approximately 60-90 minutes of continuous use.

Can the Hyperice X Knee be adjusted if the fit is either too big or small?

Absolutely! If the device is too big, use included minimizers by attaching the minimizers to the existing straps and secure. If the device is too small, use the included extenders and attach the extenders in the open loops and secure them properly.

What if the product shuts down randomly before finishing therapy?

It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge the battery when the device is plugged in and not in use. Using the device on the maximum heat or cold setting requires more power and may possibly shorten the battery life during that treatment.
