These hydration tablets with electrolytes are designed to be taken BEFORE, DURING and AFTER exercise and to rehydrate in hot weather. ZERO's scientific formula of electrolytes for water includes Vitamin C to support a healthy immune system, protect cells from oxidative stress and reduce tiredness and fatigue. Love this is absolutely delicious and not too strong or tart just right, get this when experiencing awful cramps use it once a day till it runs out and no more cramps when they return just repeat highly recommend, bought for my sister as well. He just pops one in his squash bottle (mango and orange) and so it goes well, doesn't seem to make much of a difference to the taste, which is a positive as these things can taste funky. He's happy, and a lot less cramp - none at all on most days. And it was keeping him awake after work, so he's sleeping a lot more, a lot better, thanks to these. £5 a month is well worth it.
