Now before i bought this i read all the reviews and was very skeptical about buying this and honestly thought i was going to have to return it but im very very pleased with this product. Upon arrival i took it to my local range and tested it out and it immediately improved my iron swing. Its not the most premium product in the world but does the job perfectly. It comes with a pump which i feel is unnecessary but if you have breathing problems then i guess its good to have but you can just blow this up with your mouth with no issues. Overall great product

The item seemed to be a little smaller than I expected. However in use it was fine. I haven’t used one before so it took a little time to master the technique of holding the ball when swinging. That might have something to do with my swing but, of course, I don’t think so. The non return valve prevents air from escaping after blowing up but I found you have to press it quite hard to get air in. The valve pushes into the ball when inflated stopping it from sticking out. This swing aid is something to try, I hope it will improve mine but I somehow doubt it.

I’ve not got the course yet, but on the range my swing and connection is getting better. It really opened my eyes when I tried it the first time, my set up must have been pants but I’m persevering and my connections are getting better

It’s cheaper than a Smart Ball for a reason. The ball and pump are fine, but the lanyard is completely rubbish, always slips to the longest setting, so will have a buy a separate lanyard or tape it (which you won’t be able to adjust for different clubs)

Terrible quality item. Looks and feels cheap. Better to buy the original product. This thing is the definition of buy cheap buy twice. Also, it does not come with a pump so you will need to buy that separately.

A great training aid. It helps train your body and arms to work as a unit, leading to crunching iron strikes.
