I was recommended this by a friend and found this a lot nicer to use compared to other brands on the market. No burning tase in your mouth and works on tough plaque and freshens your breath instantly. Slightly more expensive than other brands but it worth the cost. Clean & easy to us bottle too.

Had sore gums and a dentist visit is a way off tried rinsing lunchtime etc and definitely feel some comfort so will keep using this and the toothpaste can feel it coat the gums and teeth with protection. Nice in between using stronger products for gingivitis.
