Does the job, be careful with keying
Cheap and works. Slot was a little tight and overall dimensions slightly short of 2242 but screwed down fine. Only warning is that B+M key will lock you to 2 lanes max PCIe which might cut drive speeds - if you're using an NVME drive and know your port supports more, look for something with only M key.

Works great on the Ally Z1 Extreme
Perfect fir on my ally, no heating issues and fits the new drive easily. Speed tests I did not notice any significant change in drive speed. Super easy to install with a snug fit.

Work as intended.
Good product and works as advertised. I used it on my Rog Ally to upgrade it with a 2tb m.2 card (I bough another adapter as spare too). Unfortunately the delivery for this specific adapter was delayed but upon speaking with amazon I received a refund straight away. A few days the adapter arrived and I chose to pay the price to keep it as I was happy with the product.

ROG Ally Z1 Extreme loves it
This converter is jist what my ROG Ally needed to get a proper NVME drive installed.It was super easy to install a new, normal size NVME with this and the cloud recovery function installed the system back like when it came out from the factory.LOL, now I don't need to stress myself on the silly SD card reader issue.

Functional, makes swapping ssds easy, but cable/connector may not fit under mini-itx mobo
Works, and saves me from turning my mini-itx upside down (and removing components) to unplug the ssd from the underside of the board!Downside: the cable is a bit too thick for the space beneath my motherboard which means i've had to loosen /remove the standoff screws.z170i-pro gaming in bitfenix prodigy mini-itx (original)
