bottle mouth cap is not opening. I waited because I thought it was new, but still nothing. I reached out to owala customer service and they did not help. They have requested a video, I sent them a video. requested a longer video, sent them a longer video (20 seconds), then they requested a longer one, I sent them one for 1 minute long, then they requested a longer one. they product has a defect issue where it does not open unless you manually open it, and the customer service is not helpful.

was looking for a water bottle that I could take hiking and also drink from on a day-to-day basis. A few friends recommended this one to me, and it certainly delivers! I love that I can drink from the straw opening or the larger opening. I love the handle that I can use to carry it while hiking. The colors are bright and fun and make me happy. It keep my water cold and doesn't leak. What more could you ask for? It's a super tight fit in my car cup holder and definitely won't fit if I have the silicone bottle boot on, but I honestly don't mind because I can set it on the seat and even if it falls over, it doesn't ever leak. Overall, I am a big fan!
