Hi if my light has 10mm diameter mount can this thing hold it in places or the hole just too big for my light?

Probably too big. But you can always get bigger gaskets at any hardware store and fit them. I actually got bigger gaskets that fit over the ones that come stock with these for a tighter fit. I also know some people that just wrap electrical tape around the gasket until it fits tightly.

my tube is 33mm and need to know if this fits. The description flip flops between 33 and 35 mm being the minimum diameter. Which one is it?

Yes,the minimum diameter is 33mm,the maximum diameter is 35mm,the diameter can be adjusted between 33 to 35mm.
