The Hallelujah Diet

I followed this diet after my cancer diagnosis. No surgery or chemo and I am still healthy after 13 years.

I have been on a healthy or plant-based diet for many years and strongly believe in eating whole grains, veggetables, nuts, seeds trying to avoid processed food. I have not finished reading the book yet and hope it will be useful for me. What I do not like is that it is advocating a certain product that one should buy. So, can I not live a healthy life if I do not eat this highly praised powder for breakfast? After all, I believe that the dried grain soaked in water for my muesli will just do the job and come more naturally.

this book is a life saver!God led me to this book and I am so grateful to Him.I had severe colitis which is just about 90% better now.God has healed me. :)A lot of valuable information included in the book and great testimonies, along with some very good recipes.I highly recommend it.

Although I don't eat meat, since reading this book I have also eliminated fish, all store bought bakery items (Beware of Sulfites in bakery items) jam, eggs, and all dairy products including yogurt, hoping it helps with my severe skin allergies and history of skin cancers. So far my skin feels and looks better. I am also taking his Barley Powder and vitamin D with K. I take the Hallelujah Acres Vitamin D once a week as I also take a "hair, skin and nails" daily multiple vitamin too. So far I have had "no" adverse or allergy reactions.

Changed my diet due to this book. This book really helped connect my faith in Jesus and His Word to what I knew about healthy diet. It is a must read for every Christian! I had the book “Back to Eden” by Jethro Klass but he never broke down why not to eat meat, dairy, eggs, and processed foods with Scripture justification, personal testimonies, and science.

The health information along with Faith in this book is refreshing. Book is quite accurate when it comes to eating and detoxing the body. More people need to understand how their choices effect their health and that it is not random chance.I must say though, the title could turn people off because most Americans have been conditioned to think, "DIET" is temporary.In my view, "LIFESTYLE" would be a better choice for a title. Otherwise, I couldn't put it down. Love to hear other peoples testimonials.Suggestion, Don't just read, DO.....

This book is very informative. I have purchased some of the supplements as well and have been using them daily. I have been on the program for 6 weeks now and have lost 8lbs. I have more energy, sleep better, and have a more positive attitude. It's hard to stick to for the first 10 days or so, but it has gotten easier and I don't have food cravings anymore. Very pleased.

Reading through this book now.A bit disappointed alot of the chapters are identical to chapters his other book. Good information shared nonetheless. I do believes high raw food diet is very beneficial to the body, one of the best and probably only way to find lasting healing and regeneration.

I was so excited reading Hallelujah diet even from the first chapter. I told everyone around me about the book and they have started buying it to read. My husband has already started practicing the diet with me. It's a must read for anyone who wants to stay healthy!

Lovely book. Still reading it though and I find it so helpful with my diet. Also bought for a cancer patient and I hope it works for her.

This book challenges you to re-think your ideas about a healthy body,soul & spirit. Whether you are a Christian or not, this book has some answers for those struggling with illness and disease. Don't be put off by the title, it's great read!

Wow where to start, this book NEEDS to be in the hands off every one, it's so full of good information that will save lives and stop so much suffering, it should be part of the school curriculum,

Not what I was looking for, I wanted recipes not a food diary
