If you suffer from constipation, these are my go to. I take them on a daily basis. These are gentle with none of those painful side affects from taking a laxative. Plus, I read if you have ADD or ADHD they are good for dopamine levels. Which influence mood, focus, and attention. I take them at night only!!! I had to learn that the hard way. They make you sleepy. I wake up rested and refreshed.
