Unlike berberine that I had taken in the past, this does not give me diahrrea. I was hoping that it might help me lose some weight, which unfortunately it has not. However, I have noticed a definite improvement in my cognition, especially with word finding.

Unfortunately, it made my stomach very upset
Made my stomach very upset. I ended up throwing out the whole bottle (minus one capsule) because it was so bad. I thought Dihydroberberine was supposed to be the kind of Berberine with less stomach upset. I think Berberine is not for me.
