Possibly the best of the mini expansion packs.
Awesome addition to the game if only for Galactus! (although making him 30 is good for a laugh). The new hero's add a great new dimension to the game and some of the scheme twists are fantastic.

My favourite expansion for Legendary
I actually got this as a gift for a friend who has legendary and he also has the spider man and dark city expansions. This one is my favourite. This expansion gives you the most choice when playing because of the focus mechanic that the F4 heroes come with. The focus mechanic allows you to spend recruitment points on other actions, car draws etc. I always chose at least on of the heroes from this expansion to include in the game.
