As a cooking enthusiast and as a person with not a gentle touch, this skimmer passed the test. Our last skimmer had a plastic handle and a coating and both melted in the cooking process. In contrast, this is durable, dishwasher safe, never falls into the pot because of the hook handle, and stainless steel benefits make this a must in any kitchen. These pictures were taken after 3 months and still looks brand new. Satisfaction is guaranteed.

E' sicuramente di buona fattura e molto bella visivamente. Se devo trovare un difetto forse è un po' pesante. Comunque la consiglio anche se il prezzo è più alto rispetto alla media.

「陽峯産業 18-8 すくいっこ LL」を揚げ物など便利に使っていましたが、柄の根本と掬う部分の溶接が一部が外れて、バネの様にびろんびろんになってしまったので買い直そうとした時、割引されてほぼ同じ値段で見るからに丈夫そうなこの商品を発見しました。 すくいっこ LLより柄が長く、掬う部分も大きいですが、かなり丈夫そうで業務用！って感じで一生買い直す事はないと思います
