Professional quality, better than expected
The bands have good quality and resistance. They don't roll or slip when doing the exercises, which is quite appreciated. They bring different levels of resistance and serve many types of training, especially legs and buttocks. They are practical to train at home or take to the gym. Good product for the price.

Good exercise bands
Great assortment. They seem to be well constructed. Wide band is comfortable. Size is best for shorter stretch exercises.

Love these! Price is great and they work well and come in a small black bag so easy to throw in your workout bag to take with you to the gym. While wearing they don’t slide up your legs like some others do which makes these better in my opinion. It’s not super wide but wide enough that it didn’t roll. Would buy again if mine ever broke

Different strengths and durable
I love the resistance bands. I like the different strengths. Very durable. The sizes are good. Stretchability is very good. Well worth the money.

Colour coded, easy to use. Could be a little better quality.
Good for the price but the x-light seems to be a little flimsy. Have opened 3-4 packs and they all seem to be the same. Dont think that tensity will last long with regular use. The rest seem good though!! They are stuck together in their respective packages when they first arrive. Once you pull them open they are good to go.

I really like these bands. It's really important to maintain muscle mass as we age. They come in different strengths, which are clearly marked, so good for beginners or a seasoned weight lifters. Great for sticking in your suitcase for a workout while traveling too. Definitely recommend.
