I use this everyday in my morning coffee. It dissolves completely and has zero taste, which is great! Over the 2mths I've taken it, my nails are stronger and smoother (no whites spots or ridges anymore), my hair looks better, my skin clearer and best of all my joints feel much better. This is my go-to collagen supplement! I’ve been using this for over a year for several reasons (collagen production, skin firmness and elasticity, and joint support). It dissolves instantly in my morning coffee and is tasteless and odorless. It does give my coffee a little extra silkiness. My skin looks fantastic, and I get asked all the time what skin care products and beauty interventions I use (I do take excellent care of my skin, but the collagen is my secret weapon!) I do think it’s been useful for an ankle injury and bad knees, too. I highly recommend this supplement for skin and joints, and love how undetectable it is in beverages.

I had to wait to receive this product, before writing a review. Since the original shipment I received, was defective, since I know for a fact, this product shouldn't have any "flavor" I ordered "unflavored" yet it has an odd taste, kind of like spoiled milk after mixing it in my drink. I didn't drink it and had to pour it out. I also plan on tossing this container out, since it's not usable and likely not safe to consume, since the quality is lacking, and I believe I may have receive a container that's gone bad, likely due to poor storage in the warehouse? I'm not sure, but this could be a lack of quality control from the manufacturer also. So I had to contact Amazon about this, luckily, they were able to resolve it, since customer service is always great. I was refunded and I ordered a new one, hoping I would receive a good one this time, and it did. This new container mixed well, not clumpy like the first container which I have toss away. This one didn't have any odd smell or taste either, because it shouldn't, and unflavored. It mixed well in my coffee and smoothly and dissolves quickly.

I can see a huge difference on my hair growth and nail growth without a doubt. I started taking this product day of my third/last c section. With taking this supplement and other actions, my c section scar is healed up very nicely. Skin health is great strectch marks are faded well due to combination of this supplement and other actions. This product mixes well with fluids , but personally I can only tolerant the taste in coffee, something with a bold flavor to mix with. The ingredients in supplement also help with the stomach microbiome. Love this product as someone who has insulin resistance.
