Works. Kids brought along to cousins house and played together on big screen. Simple for kids to setup.

Simply didn't work. Apparently it needed a firmware update, so after plenty of Google Translating I attempted the process on two different PCs with five different USB cables, all of which refused to see the dock in order to update it. Apparently it can only be seen if you plug the USB into Port 0 on your PC. Good luck figuring out which one that is on a desktop with 10 ports! And you aren't supposed to use a C to C cable because that can confuse the updater. So I went to a laptop with only two USB ports, tried both with several USB A to C cables capable of carrying data (tested with my phone), and both failed to find the device. I'm sure this was a functioning dock before it needed a firmware update, but it either isn't possible to update the firmware with their janky application or I got a dud that can't be seen by any PC unless I somehow manage to acquire a magical golden USB cable. Either way, utter waste of time.

Before using I had to update this due to a Switch 2 update that made 3rd party docks stop working. Very easy to update, if your pc isn't recognizing the dock try rotating the usb-c before connecting. Works great, very compact and easy to store in a moderately sized case.

This worked fine at first but after the switch 2 firmware update, it no longer works. I tried the directions on their website with no success. I am now reaching out to their support. I plugged directly into my motherboard, with a USB A to USB C cable that I use with a midi controller so I know it supports data. The app never sees the device once I plug it in and just gives me the "Get FW Version(Chip) Failed!" error when I click 'Burn'. Update 1 - support team quickly replied and is sending a replacement cable from china. Not sure if I will need to pay tariffs since they're shipping direct (seems weird instead of shipping from the US inventory). I guess the firmware update doesn't work.

The dock itself works fine out of the box. But Hagibis claims they’ve released updated firmware, and the software to flash it is atrocious. I couldn’t get it to run properly on my PC at all. If you’re the type who wants updated features or stability over time, steer clear unless they overhaul their update process. Honestly, their 8K@60Hz version is probably the safer long-term bet.

Really enjoying this item! It’s very convenient and connects my Switch 2 to my TV easily. I am slightly concerned that it seemingly turns the fan on my Switch 2 off when connected, causing my console to heat up pretty quickly. I’m wondering if there is a solution or a plan to fix this with a firmware update

Works great. Even with new firmware. Highly recommended for on the go needs. My go to travel dock for switch 2.

This dock worked perfectly, out of the box, until I needed to update its firmware. Based on what I have seen online, it seems like the 4K60fps version specifically has issues with firmware updates, since I can't get the software to recognize it. Being able to update the firmware is pretty important when Nintendo is turning into Apple... It seems to be an unintentional, unsolvable issue with the hardware itself. I have tried with different cables, different PCs, and everyone online who has the same problem as me has the 4K60 model. I would recommend spending the $5 extra and getting the 8K model, which should work just as well. I'll probably bite the bullet and buy the 8K one later. It doesn't feel worth refunding over $19. I'm annoyed, but Nintendo has most of the blame here.

Excelente producto, tarde 5 minutos en actualizar el firmware, conectas el producto a tu pc, vas a la pagina Hagibis.com y buscas el producto, en la descripción esta el link, viene con el programa, el driver y las instrucciones, muy sencillo y fácil (nota: si tienen pc de gabinete, no conecten el dispositivo al gabinete, háganlo directamente a la placa madre, por la parte de atrás del pc)

Habe für die Switch 2 insgesamt 5 unterschiedliche Docks bestellt und ausprobiert und dieses war das einzige, über das sich die Switch 2 mit dem Fernseher verbinden ließ. Nutzen es zu Hause für den Zweitfernseher und wenn wir im Urlaub sind. Bisher überall problemlos. Läuft wie das klassische Dock. Alles einwandfrei.

It worked perfectly... for one day I came back the next day and it wouldn't output anything, I tried connecting it to many different power sources and devices with HDMi ports and it would not work anymore no matter what I tried. Would have been amazing if it had worked like it did on the first day.
