I see this is returned frequently. Don’t return them. These work perfectly and if they don’t connect you just put them back in the case and take them back out. If they connect but aren’t working on the app. Go back and then select the mode again or close the app and reopen it. If they get slow clear the cache in the setting of the app. My fiancé speaks Portuguese and we use these daily all the time. They are by far the best one out there. I’ve tried others and returned them. I’ve been using these for 10 months daily and never had a problem that could be solved in a minute with what I explained above. They are worth the money and work perfectly. I e even placed one in front of the TV and these will translate nonstop. If you have a problem that makes you feel they don’t work it’s a simple fix. We go out and these will work perfectly u til the battery dies. They charge fast too. So I give these the best review possible. Buy them if you want a great product that is worth the money.

I was very excited to use this tool when I traveled overseas but unfortunately they worked very poorly. They did not pick up the other persons voice very well, especially if there was any background noise. I had downloaded Russian for offline use but I couldn’t get the headphones to work at all offline. Unfortunately I was gone for about a month and can no longer return the device due to the 30 day return policy. Overall this was a huge waste of money.

We arrived this item quickly! The boxing and product is very sheek and quality. The setup was an easy although the instruction booklet is kind of useless - you just have to download the app and connect it and set your languages. When in convo, each person taps their airpod before speaking. I was surprised that there is barely a lag. I can see an issue however if someone pauses while talking maybe it will cut the sentence off and translate wrong. Purchased these so my bf can communicate with my parents (english and spanish). Hoping they can also be used as a listen method in a group setting but haven't used that function yet. At first use, definitely worth the $150!

The physical product itself seems fine. However, when it comes to loading languages for translation other than the standard, the instructions or directions are not clear/non-existent. For example, I've been trying to access Filipino, but there needs to be instructions on how to do so. Email requests to customer service have yet to be answered. So support is very poor. Because of these issues, I would not order again.

The translator buds work great until they don't. Very useful while they work. Then at some point, one will stop charging, or the other will not connect. I have purchased 3 pairs because they work amazing while they work. Dont expect them to last more than a month.

When purchasing these I thought they would work in WiFi as I knew every place I would be would have WiFi available to me. To my disappointment that was not the case and I was not able to use them on my trip at all. A total waste of money and now I’m past the return window. When we tested them in the US where I was able to use my data they worked ok but if more than one person was talking the device would not pick up the communication. It also doesn’t always translate the correct words. I was using it to translate Czech to English.

It's response is not accurate with different arabic deletes. It's rather better to use some other AI tools. It does not even pick the conversion if person taking is around 2 meter far.

Me ha gustado , los he usado poco, tienen buena calidad de audio, el lag de traducción es aceptable, y el nivel de traducción diría q es 8.5/10

La traducción del idioma Alemán al Español deja mucho que desear. Al hacer llamadas el micrófono no suena muy bajo, hay que hablar más fuerte para que te escuchen.
