It probably will as it is very thick and sets up in just a few seconds so it should fill a hair line crack without any problem.

Is this good for 3d printing abs plastic?

There is no difference. ABS is abs. There may be an issue with color. This product is very dark.

I don't quite understand the product listing. Is this a kit, or just a small bottle of cement? The image doesn't match the description.

Mine came with some ABS fittings for replacing a water heater drain. I only used the ABS cement. The cement works great!
