The glass is hand blown and meant to stand very low temperatures, the manufacturers say they are fine in the freezer. So they would be great for cocktails and other beverages in very hot weather. It doesn't seem to say anywhere on the box that they are dishwasher safe, so with them being made from hand blown glass as well, I have only washed them by hand as I don't want to risk breaking them, on the other hand they may be perfectly fine in the dishwasher. The glasses hold 400ml so a good size for a tall cocktail glass or just for a glass of mineral water. They are reasonably priced but look much more expensive and would make an ideal house warming gift. Modern styling and sets off a mojito nicely ! Comes very nicely packaged and manufacturer is very proud of their product. Apparently hand washed so should be able to use out the box. However a bit of style over substance. Made of borosilicate glass so should hold up to temperature cycles very well. But at the price these are going for you are heading for high lead content crystal.
