Why did you pick this product vs others?: Ot sure I feel it’s safe. It’s inexpensive (so what did expect) but a pet peeve is no instructions, no photos on this site clearly showing how to use. Also the “safety rope” is a total puzzle to me. How does one adjust it to length needed? Rope goes through one of three holes, out the second and the third is just empty. .? Not one clear photo showing the spike set on a foot. Not one. None showing the safety rope in use.

This is the perfect product for people who want to look dumb, while simultaneously risking their life with laughably inadequate equipment. A better use of money would be to just light it on fire. No instructions, no pictures, just a bunch of straps. “Harness” is just a length of webbing. Spikes are so short they wouldn’t puncture tree bark even if they were rocket assisted. “Flip line” is cheap nylon, not weight bearing. I wouldn’t feel safe walking up my front step with this thing on, let alone up a tree. The obit positive thing I can say about this, is that it was delivered on a Thursday night, so I was able to put it in the garbage straight away for pickup the next morning.
