I bought this office chair with arms rest for my 9 year old son, he loves it. It is height adjustable, he is not heavy enough to do it himself but when he is in his position, he is comfortable. It is sturdy, looks like a good quality material and foam on the seat is also thick and comfortable to sit on. We bought this in February and used it for a month and have no complaints. It is very good value for this chair.

Have no qualms for this chair, it has been 1.5 months since am using it every day for 8+ hours of WFH! and honestly speaking haven't been disappointed by it. Its continuous back support feature, and option to fix the angle of back is equally helpful, although size wise it is adequate for medium sized, and may be small for large sized guys. On the delivery front, package was was delivered much before the ETA(1 week), as it got delivered 3rd day of ordering. It was well packaged box with a very basic instruction manual and chair as easy to assemble. Hand rests were packaged in a separate box, it appears to be a generic hand rest that can fix to other models, Fixing hand rests was bit confusing as both had 'L' marked on it, I initially believed to have received 2 left hands and thought it to be a delivery mistake, but noticed that they are designed to be generic in nature and could be fixed at both sides, am using it like that without problem now, so didn't contacted seller to send the side have 'R' mark on it. Height adjustment is smooth, and works fine, have been a happy user till now!

Simple and comfortable chair for long working hours. Good level of back support, sturdy and easy to assemble.

I have never sat on such an uncomfortable office chair. My colleague is trying it out but he also says its uncomfortable. It feels like its tipping you forward. Would not recommend.

Chair seems okay but for the arms all you get is a universal fittings pack with multiple sizes of Allen key bolts, washers and grommets. Which ones are meant for your seat is debatable. No instructions. Tip is to put all bolts in at start otherwise they won't fit if you leave one to the end.

Unfortunately it arrived damaged but a new part was shipped out the next day. All fine re assembly other than putting the arms on as there were numerous choices of screws depending on the model number which wasn't anywhere on my paperwork. Ended up guessing and they are still on! Comfortable and supportive.

I thought all office chairs were the same sort of dimensions but unfortunately not. Even though the dimensions are displayed I didn't think to check them. The seat is certainly on the snug size and even the smallest person in the office wasn't keen to use it. Disappointing.
