Turns out, it was the fixture, not the battery
I bought this because I thought my older battery was dead. Turns out it was the fixture's circuit board, so I wasted $40+ for this battery. Meanwhile, newer fixtures are under $20, they are LED, and they are brighter than incandescent, so they're very light weight and the replacement battery only costs a few bucks. This battery is for old style incandescent bulbs, and so the battery has a lot more power and therefore costs as much as THREE newer LED fixtures that ate brighter and already include the battery!!!
