I have been taking these for just under a week and my gut health is already improving, I am still quite shocked really because everything I have tried over the years has never worked. I do follow a healthy diet so I don’t think they are going to work if you consume junk food on a daily bases. The whole point is to be as healthy as possible or what is the point of taking these probiotics? We purchased them for a reason right? I paid just under a fiver and for a small investment, I’m glad I read up about them and tried for myself. They are easy to swallow and there are four months worth in the packet, I will continue to take these as I suffer a lot with my stomach and these are fab so far.

This probiotics is not active. I tried to ferment it in juice and it did not do anything at all so none of the bacteria in this probiotics is actually alive if they even put probiotics in this supplement is questionable though supplements are never regulated so who knows what they put in them.
