Good microphone, clear sound
This has been one of my favorite purchases for around the office. It's a USB microphone, so you don't expect much from it, but you do expect it to work. This one works beautifully. It's plug-and-play in Windows. The unit has some real heft to it, which seems to help stabilize it. The sound quality is high, as reported by people on the receiving end. The clarity is better than a laptop's built-in microphone. It does a good job picking up voices from around the room. It's just a small, unassuming puck-shaped device that does what it needs to do. It looks like business.

Works great
Works seamlessly. I was using my computer without an external mic and my computer must have been just far enough away that no one could hear me well on teams. Once I got the external mic I've had zero issues!

Very descrete, easy to use
Nice microphone, picks up voice very well from 3ft away.

Plug and PLAY
This is plug and play, with no software installation necessary. Simply select it in your computer's audio input menu, then you're all set. The blue light being on when the mic is live is extremely helpful and offers a double-mute option for remote workers. Highly recommended.

Quit working after 1 month
I purchased this on Feb 22 and as of March 27th-quit working. Not worth the money!!

Looks alot better than it performs
This is one of those devices that look and feel alot better than it performs. Out of the box it feels heavy and well made. The body appears to be machined out of a solid block of aluminum and there's a metal grill covering the top. The underside is covered by a nice thick rubber pad so you don't have to worry about it sliding all over the desk. Cord is plenty long and seems to be well made as well. The mic/mute button sits right on top and has a nice solid feel to it. Unfortunately, this is where all of the good stuff stops. In practice, it's probably one of the worst performing mics i've used so far. The sound is very hollow and it's pickup range leaves a lot to be desired as you have to be right on top of it for it to pickup a voice, although it does pick up ambient noises. Most conference mics have some sort of noise cancellation or use multiple mics but apparently this one has neither. So basically, long story short, it excels at all of the things most people won't care about and doesn't do well in the one thing it has to do well in. I really wanted it to work out but after trying on two different machines, it just isn't happening. For this price point, one can say i was expecting too much however the cheapest webcam that i own (which is the same price as this) actually does better.
