My husband has a history of kidney stones and was feeling some lower back discomfort. Since he started drinking this tea, he’s felt much better. I am a super fan of this product. It has helped improve some of my health issues. The flavor is a little "off" but then again i'm not bothered by it. I wouldn't drink at room temperature, the flavor will taste horrible and I don't recommend drinking it cold either.

I got this after learnig how good dandelion leaf and root was for detox cleansing. I have one cup daily after my coffee and sometimes in the evening. The taste is fine. It doesn't steep as dark as I like so I use two tea bags for one average size cup. I didn't minus a star for that because it is my personal preference rather than a product issue.

I bought this trying to be a bit healthier. It tastes about the way you'd imagine dandelion tea would taste - ok, but not great. If you are buying it for the health benefits, you may want to brew it with another flavored tea as well. I'll probably buy again, but not for the flavor.
