I cook meatloaf in this pan. It has a good sturdy cover that fits so keeps oven food moist.Take measurements before purchasing because it is a little shorter than I pictured. Cleans up nicely. I just let it cool a little with no problems putting the leftovers the refrigerator.

Perfect size
Nice size, it fits into my toaster oven perfectly. I use it often has it fits 6 chicken thighs or 3 large chicken breast. It also is great for meat loaf. It a good value.

Lid is tricky to remove when very hot from baking.
This is a relly nice dish, good size, etc. But something I didn't think about before buying—if you bake something in it with the lid on, getting the lid off is really tricky because the handles are hard to get ahold of when hot. My fault for not thinking that through, I guess.

Very beautiful quality.

Very nice casserole dish
This casserole dish is a good size and weight. I was looking for a size that I could also use to store bread in on the counter and it will be good for that.
