This is hands down the best step ladder I’ve ever seen and owned. It arrived pretty much assembled, except for the hand rails and adding a screw or two for the tray holder. It is very sturdy and very easy to unfold. I like the rubber caps on the feet so you don’t slip while using it. The yellow handle is very easy to use to unlock the ladder and fold it. The only thing I think needs to be added, is a light colored tape or something to the steps. Since I got the 5 step version and when coming back down, the black steps tend to blend together. I added some tape to add some contrast on the steps.

As my wife and have recently entered our 70s, I wanted to get a ladder for the many projects we have around our house and cottage that was stable, had a wider step tread and handles.This ladder fills the bill almost perfectly. We got the one with 6 steps and it's stable on each step.The foldable tool shelf is very handy and it has places for holding paint cans, brushes and drill drivers pretty securely. I've used it indoors and outdoors and it works like a champ.The handles on the sides are solid, once we attached them, and they offer a good level of confidence, I think.It folds up well and stores neatly in the corner of my garage.I can highly recommend this ladder. It was delivered quickly, the assembly instructions were pretty clear and I didn't think the price was outrageous compared to comparable ladders. It took about 10 or 15 minutes to assemble it out of the box. Most of it is pre-assembled.I'll try to remember to come back with a couple photos --

We had four different ladders of varying height and weight. We did a lot of research and settled on this one. It was a solid balance between our heaviest and the lightest. It allowed us to give those two away. Now we have a small, two-step and this one which is perfect for everything we can't do with the smaller one.It looks good, it's very sturdy, it's solid but not too heavy to move from place to place, and it holds more weight than we'll ever put on it. All in all, this was a very good purchase.

This ladder is awesome!! Some say it's to heavy, we'll I wear a prosthetic and I can carry it around. And they have made this ladder so easy to use but very durable and sturdy. I feel safe on it, weather I have my leg on or off

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because this ladder, while very sturdy, is a bit heavier than I thought it would be. Assembly is easy and took me about 20 minutes. I'm happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. We needed a taller step ladder that wasn’t super heavy.We are older and need stability too lol. This ladder has the side rails and they are awesome!The top paint tray is great. it has inset grooves to accommodate a couple sized paint buckets, a couple of holes to put tools so they don’t fall off.This ladder is simple to open and close and it’s very compact to store.We can’t say enough about this ladder and highly recommend it!

I am 5'2". I have a hard time reaching things. I had a 3-step ladder, but as I became older, I didn't have the balance to stand on the top step. So, I was using only 2 steps. This 4-step ladder is sturdy, safe, and easy to climb on. The step rungs are wide and have a non-slip surface. I can climb up 3 steps and even have a 4th step to place items on. And the top hand rail is tall enough to get a good grip on. My husband has no trouble standing on the top (4th) step.The only draw back I see is it is a bit heavy. I can manage it, but it weighs a bit. I guess that's what makes it so sturdy.
