It seems to be a most useful tool made by a company I can trust. All my Adjustable Wrenches are CRESCENT Brand and I've had them for over 30 plus years without a single complaint. This one appears to be made just as nice as all my others. I really appreciate the fact that I can put the wrench onto an object and lock it into place as if I was using Vise Grips. Once on it stays on. The only concern I see people mention is that it's a lot of work if you are in a tight spot and can only turn the wrench a quarter or half turn before needing to remove it and replace it onto the nut again. I agree this product might not be the best tool for that situation. But that's why we have so many different tools available to us. There's not ONE tool that can handle every single job. But this tool can handle most jobs by making it much easier, and without wearing the nut down by slipping off. I was impressed that it arrived from the factory with a nut already locked into it's jaws. If you are someone who had not used Vise Grips on a regular basis, it allows you to actually physically see just how awesome this product is as soon as you open the package. I Recommend.
