I Had problem in switch. they replaced the item, now fine. it will heat one sided (in this category all like this.. even Agaro). Pros: 1)Value for money. 2)Quality is good. 3)I do outdoor camping, so 325 watts Low mode is helpful, when i need to connect to my Battery power station. This is the deciding factor for me, to choose this product. Cons: 1) One sided heat, not even. you have to stir occasionally, to avoid sticking. 2) You need to remove wire each time to clean, unlike Agaro. If you need premium look, go for Agaro. But for occasional use, this product is more than enough.

The product is worst when deleverd. The amezon is responcible to advertized this type low quality product from third party and do not care of return policy. When i did not like the item received why should not return policy adopt. It means amezon is disarray with mind game with indian costmers. The govt of india look through and restrict the household delevary of the low quality items to promote from their platform and adopt return policy likely to be adopt by amezon. Who shows us low quality item on there platform.

Too small for a large family

Good Product. Auto I took mainly for Rice Cooking. Iniltailly I was sad because looking at switch , i thought Auto Cut off is not possible. But Cut off is working once the Rice is done. Only Switch doesn't turn off. The cooker switch off. Got it in Good Deal

I used the kettle already for my parents and they liked it. So I ordered another one, this time with steamer. Yet to use and see if the steamer and idly tray are goog enough.

Very good product for kitchen. Useful for warming or boiling water. Not so good for idli making.
