Stellar Customer Service! *by S***Y on November 18, 2024* I cannot say enough great things about this product and the customer service, but I'll try! Firstly, my puppy absolutely loves this playpen. She can easily see out, and I can easily see in to monitor her as well. It's beautiful and chic and because it's clear, it lends to an openness which creates the illusion that it doesn't utilize the space in which it actually does. Also, and most importantly, my puppy is not able to climb out and escape. This is her first and only playpen, but given her tenacity and determination, she would definitely find a way to climb out of most other playpen models. Lastly, customer service is absolutely stellar!!! When I had a question concerning the playpen, I was contacted speedily and the representative/owner(???) was extremely helpful and did so with a very pleasant tone in his messaging communications. My field of work is Human Resources management, so this effort is recognized and much appreciated!!! Thank you so much to Clearly Loved Pets for a wonderful product and a great overall experience!!!! :) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice play pen for escape artist *by R***L on March 18, 2025* This is my second pen. I have one for my prairie dogs and one for my ferrets. This is the only pen my little escape artist haven’t escaped from. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly what I needed *by C***N on April 14, 2024* I’ve spent $$$$$ and countless hours trying to construct a playpen for my 4 prairie dogs. No matter how much reinforcing, chewproofing, etc I did, nothing worked. Then I bought a CLP 27in playpen and I so wish I would have done it sooner. Well constructed, easy to assemble, aesthetically pleasing, and its finally something that keeps them safely contained. The playpen has no exposed edges to chew and the flat sides mean they can’t climb out. Its heavy enough that the little monsters cannot lift or push their way thru. My ONLY complaint is that there is only one option for the door opening direction. Its awkward in the space I have available and would be better if the panel was available with the hinges on the right instead of only on the left.
