I bought the SONOFF SNZB-02P Zigbee Temperature and Humidity Sensor (2-pack) for monitoring rooms in my smart home, and they’ve been excellent. Both sensors paired instantly with my Zigbee hub and were recognised straight away no messing around, no resets, just add and go. Readings update quickly and appear accurate when compared against other thermometers and hygrometers in the house. They’re small, discreet, and easy to place on shelves or mount. Battery-powered, low profile, and ideal for bedrooms, living spaces, or server/tech areas where you want reliable environmental monitoring. I’m using them with SONOFF Zigbee devices and Home Assistant, and they integrate perfectly. Automations based on temperature and humidity work exactly as expected. Great value for money, reliable, and do exactly what they’re supposed to. Highly recommended.

Really easy to connect to my Pi with ezsp controller. I've put one in every room in the house. Reports battery level, temperature and humidity. Neat small and rugged design, like a little disk. They come with a choice of mounting options, a magnet in the back of the sensor and a metal bracket you can screw or double sided sticky to a wall or cabinet.

Great little sensors. Super easy to set up with multiple mounting options. Perfect for use with home assistant which recognises and onboards them in seconds. They have the ability to calibrate them using a secondary proven device but were pretty much spot on straight out the box. They have been reliable providing readings for over a month now with no issues or signal drops* (*it is important to build out a reliable ZigBee mesh using bulbs/plugs etc). I will update if anything changes but initial reaction - 10/10

I've had several of these set up for a couple of years now, still running strong on the original batteries even with the increased reporting interval I configured. They paired without issue and produce reliable and accurate temperature readings. The humidity readings are also good, much improved, resolving the issues with Sonoff's original square sensors. Another big improvement is the magnetic mount, which will make changing the batteries much easier when they eventually run out. This would be a 5-star item if it wasn't for one thing: the magnetic metal mount plate really should be more discreet. I'm sure sonoff loves how it fits with their orange brand, but it's not what I really want when the sensor should be as invisble as possible.

Work exactly as described and connected to Home Assistant first time. I have a mixture of these and the ones with the display and all give consistent accurate readings.

Excellent Better range than previous model. More accurate and fewer dropouts

Running with a Sonoff Zigbee dongle. These devices apparently have 3 modes of operation: Not updating temperature or humidity regardless of changes in environment; updating humidity at 5 min intervals (but not temperature); unavailable. They pair readily enough, but thereafter will probably do nothing. Resetting them doesn't work, nor does removing the battery for a while. This isn't range. They're right beside the dongle for testing. This isn't compatibility (unless Sonoff has managed to produce Zigbee devices that are incompatible with each other). This isn't battery. They're fundamentally unreliable to the point of unusable. It's difficult to assess accuracy when the fundamental communication isn't happening. This is - apparently - well known as an issue with these. I've bought some competing devices and have no problem with them. I would strongly recommend avoiding these.

These are really good sensors, I have 6 of them currently. The easily bind to a sonoff dongle running zha and connected to home assistant. They never seem to drop out and have a pretty good signal range, I have one in my greenhouse in the garden and it's picked up through the zigbee mesh easily. I do have lots of mains powered zigbee devices that act as routers, so probably have good coverage. On that note being battery powered they are endpoint devices. I have been running some of these for about a year so the battery life is at least that good, but they are still showing 100%, so we will see how that goes. Mounting is easy, being magnetic they can stick to anything metal or you can stick or screw the small metal plate that comes with them up and mount them that way. Happy with them so far.

Avec l'app Smartlife (+hub loratap) la connexion était instable et je n'ai jamais pu l'utiliser correctement. Depuis que j'ai Home Assistant, le capteur est parfaitement reconnu et utilisable notamment pour des automatisations de ventilation en fonction de l'humidité. Depuis un an la pile n'a pas encore dû être changée.

I bought 4 of these. Three of them work great, but one cannot keep its connection. It doesn't matter where I place it, it's just unreliable.

Ya llevo 4 comprados y Home Assistant los reconoce y añade en segundos. Colocados los 4 juntos, la temperatura solo varía 1 décima en algunos con el resto. O todos miden igual de bien la temperatura (¿o todos igual de mal? que no creo). Muy contento

Die Temperatur- und Feuchtigkeitssensoren machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Verarbeitung und Haptik sind deutlich besser als bei vielen vergleichbaren Modellen. Die magnetische Befestigung ist praktisch, und die kleine Wandhalterung zum Aufkleben ist gut durchdacht. Die Einbindung in Home Assistant funktioniert ohne Aufwand. Insgesamt ein zuverlässiges Set, mit dem ich sehr zufrieden bin.
