Absolutely rubbish mic, rubbish quality cable mic didnt work from the very start and cable make static noise. Do not but this product unless you want to have a defective product.

I use my Beats Studios for gaming which is why I need this cord. My cat ate the original cord that came with the headphones, and Beats/Apple doesn’t make the RemoteTalk cable anymore. I was tempted to spend the $50 on eBay in order to get the genuine RemoteTalk cable, but I thankfully saw a list on google which indicated that the Kapon cable was the best alternative to the real thing. I’m happy to say that I’m super pleased with the Kapon cable. I’ve had zero issues so far and the mic quality appears to be on par with the original Beats cable. The only difference is the cable itself, as it’s obviously made of cheaper materials, but functionality wise I was super surprised. If you’re looking for an affordable replacement like I was, this is the cord to buy.

Got for my boyfriend after his old card was in shreds. Super good sound quality, can’t tell the difference between the name brand the headphones came with and these. Only thing is the volume control doesn’t always respond right away on the cord. But no big deal. Great quality.
