Is there a case travel case that I can purchase?

Not that I know of. They are not very large so perhaps you could find a generic case. I love this headset.

How is the noise cancellation? Currently spec a 21 dollar headset from Logitech and people on the call can hear someone 2 desks away.

The noise cancellation is really good. The sound quality is excellent. The other party can hear me perfectly without any noise or distortion on Teams, Zoom, etc.

Is there a Mute button and also mute indicator light ?

No mute button. You can turn the volume down or move the mic away from your mouth. I use mine in programs that allow me to mute and turn my mic sensitivity down. I love these, by the way. The best light weight headphones I've had

Can this actually be used for work I mean can people really hear you well?
