Works as advertized and so far so good
I’ve been searching for a mid price alternative for this Matt online and most of the ones I bought did not work. This has been great so far and shows my swing path perfectly. It’s not expensive and comes with a base that keeps it weighted down so it doesn’t fly away when you swing. Def recommend

Instant feedback that actually improves your swing
This golf training mat has been an absolute game-changer for my practice sessions. The instant feedback it provides is incredibly valuable—after every swing, you can immediately see where the club made contact and whether your swing path was on plane. There’s no guessing and no need for slow-motion video; the mat tells you everything right away. It’s helped me quickly identify bad habits and make real-time adjustments, which has translated directly to better ball striking on the course. The surface resets easily, feels durable, and holds up well even after repeated use. Whether you’re working on irons or woods, the feedback is clear and consistent. If you’re serious about improving your swing and want a simple, effective way to get immediate, visual feedback, this mat is 100% worth it. Highly recommended for golfers of all skill levels.

Great for Feedback on your Golf Swing
The Mat came very quickly, and works exactly as described. The directions for using it were included and easy to understand. I’ve been using it pretty often and it has definitely helped my golf game by being able to get feedback on how I struck the ball. It’s holding up well to all the practice sessions I’ve put it through in a short span. Overall, I’d definitely recommend!

Aided me in fixing my swing
This is an excellent tool if you really want to fix your swing by letting it give you instant feedback down at ball, path, face low point. Can you repeat the same path, low point given the same setup (remove all variables)? How about 5 times in a row? With normal power? I couldn't and it forced me to fix my grip, take way, transition and tempo. I destroyed about 6 pads over 2 months before I got control of my swing...so if you are destroying them something is off with your swing. Pro-tip swing/hit at it without ball.

Excellent durability and function
Very nice matt. Works just like I expected. Durable, thick rubber base doesn't move as much when hit. A replacement matt is provided which is a bonus. Would be nice if the matt was a little longer.
