Not what I expected
It gets three stars purely because the taste was not as bad as I expected. Almost like a dark chocolate/black licorice flavor. I had seen other reviews claiming how horrible it was to choke down. It was not what was in the picture. I did use all of it and discarded the jar already so I cannot say if it was the correct volume, but it looked like something that had been on the shelf for a long time at a local ma and pa market. Did not notice any difference to my health or performance and would not waste my time or money again.

Real results after a few days — more energy & focus
I’ve been trying this shilajit for a little bit now and honestly I’m really impressed. I didn’t expect anything crazy at first, but after a few days I started noticing a difference in my energy levels. I feel more focused during the day and not as drained, especially with everything I have going on.(Talking as a work from home mom of 4) What I like is that it feels clean and easy to take, not weird or overly strong like some other supplements I’ve tried before. It also mixes well and doesn’t leave a bad aftertaste, which was important for me. I’m still using it consistently, but so far I can definitely say it’s something I’ll keep in my routine. If you’ve been curious about trying shilajit, this one is a really good option.
