Apple 2019 MacBook Pro with 2.4GHz Intel Core i9 (16-inch, 32GB RAM, 512GB SSD Storage) Space Gray (Renewed)

It was amazing and in such great condition. Looked brand new, did have a hiccup when starting it up. It has been resolved though and is doing fine now.

Initially it was good and performing good, however, now after about 8 months only, the battery drain so fast, doesn’t last for 3 hours, display got horizontal lines, so, I’d not recommend anyone to buy it, I’d save the $550 toward new Apple MacBook pro with financing rather this piece if garbage. And if course, you are done, lost your money and no way back, with Apple I’d save my money and get a replacement immediately.

Make sure to choose the laptop condition when you add it to the cart. I chose the best quality when I ordered mine and the 16" MB Pro I received looks beautiful... no scratches, no dead pixels, just a very slight wear on the wrist rest that I didn't even notice for several days. Mine basically looks brand new and I'm so happy with it. I'm coming from a mid-2015 MB Pro (only because the OS can no longer be upgraded) and the speaker sound is so much better plus the screen is sharper and brighter. In 2030 I'll get a refurb 2025 MB Pro... this is my 3rd MB Pro refurb and I've never had a problem with them. Excellent value for your dollars.

Crappy battery life but amazing laptop perfect condition

I purchased the "Excellent Quality" option, and feel the laptop meets this rating just fine. I looks basically new and performs fine. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is that as indicated the accessory charger is generic. That's usually ok with me, BUT when I charged the MacBook overnight while turned off, I awoke to a streaming hot laptop, that when started up, caused the fans to whirl for 10-15 minutes until cooled down. So, I went on eBay and bought a used OEM Apple charger which incurred an additional cost I wasn't planning on. I don not believe these refurbed laptops are being tested with the generic chargers that are supplied with them.

Laptop came looking like new - had MacOS 10.15 installed and running great, no cosmetic or performance problems. Even the battery was rated just above 90%, the one area I was afraid would be problematic. Gorgeous display, fast i9 proc and 32GB ram, frankly it surprised me that these can be had so cheap! Excellent value for money. I think the good price boils down to the lack of an Apple Mx processor, but so far this has not affected me at all. Fantastic deal!!! Beautiful laptop in like-new condition, terrific performance, and has as much RAM as my (getting old) desktop workstation (a much hacked upon 2018 Mac Mini - where I installed the 32gb myself….. this inability to customize on the laptop being one of the few things I dislike, but par for the course - the Apple laptop course that is :)

Died after 6 months and wont turn on. I guess thats why you don't buy second hand. Seller says it is past 3 months and they cannot do anything about it. They definitely sold me a defective product with a faulty motherboard.

Great while it lasted.... only lasted 2 days then core 1 started panicking and shutting off the laptop if you get a good one tho they are amazing for editing 4k120 fps videos I'm going to try 1 more sadly they wouldn't just let me replace the one i had i have to return it and my money could take up to 14 days then I'll have to wait for the second to arrive

Really good condition, the laptop was packaged well. No complaints so far.

Replaced it with bad quality battery and now the laptop won’t charge and I need to fix it. Don’t buy this garbage off Amazon and go to best buy or a reputable store

Great device. Fast shipping, beyond wonderful customer service. I couldn’t ask for anything better when it comes to purchasing a refurbished device. I highly recommend purchasing from them. I will again in the future. Thank you for making this a seamless process from beginning to end.
